Summary:
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle recruitment process for the organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of talent acquisition professionals, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The Manager will focus on streamlining recruitment processes, optimizing the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and ensuring seamless communication across departments and HR Operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of management or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process for the organization.
- Ensure hiring targets are met in a timely manner, reducing Time-to-Fill while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strategic Development:
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Solve current challenges related to TAT (turn-around-time), team development, and recruitment metrics.
- Process Improvement:
- Streamline recruitment processes across the organization, implementing standardized workflows.
- Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for better efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage high performance within the team.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to ensure effective communication and support.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective engagement.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on hiring progress and challenges.
- Execute key deliverables on the Talent Acquisition Roadmap.
