Financial Analyst

Our Financial Analyst should be adept at working both independently and as part of a team, where extensive communication is essential.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program teams and management to ensure all financial proposals align with company goals, delivering competitive and compliant pricing strategies.
- Use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and spend plans, ensuring data is cost-effective, reasonable, and realistic.
- Support the preparation of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions and internal financial reporting.
- Coordinate financial activities with subcontractors to ensure their proposals are consistent with program requirements and financial objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-10 years of prior financial analysis experience, particularly in budget development, financial reporting, or program control.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel with a firm understanding of advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience contracts with various vehicles, including but not limited to, EXPRESS, GSA OASIS, IAC MAC, RS3, etc.
- Maintains current knowledge of the industry and finance trends.

- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster collaborative relationships.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with financial software and Costpoint
- Cost/Pricing Proposal Development: Expertise in developing competitive and compliant cost and pricing proposals that align with project goals.
