NantHealth is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our executive team in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will directly support the COO and CEO, contributing to the efficient operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.
This is a hybrid position and requires up to 3 days on-site in our Lewisville, TX office (2871 Lake Vista Dr).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative support to CEO and COO, along with other departments as directed.
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Support in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Draft and edit written materials, including emails, memos, and other communications.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or relatable role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
The salary range for remote US-based applicants for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
- $22.00 - 25.00 hourly rate, plus bonus potential.
