We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on recruiting & managing the employee lifecycle. This role will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining a positive candidate & employee experience from the first contact through off-boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruiting:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and go-to-market positions
Carry a req load, and manage full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer negotiation and closing candidates
Assist in employer branding initiatives aligned with Vidmob’s values
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
Design and implement a robust and engaging onboarding program, ensuring a smooth transition for new Vidmobbers
Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
Co-lead Vidmob’s Mentorship Program
Collaborate with ERGs and Vidmob Gives, our 501(c)3
Be the liaison between IT and the People team on employee onboarding and off-boarding
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, Rippling
Assist with benefits administration and enrollment in the US & globally
Support payroll processes as needed alongside our HR Manager & Finance team
Own the People team’s expenses and processing
Calendar Management:
Support 3 executives in light calendar management
Help plan team off-sites (in person and virtual)Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting and employee lifecycle management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an innate ability to establish rapport and trust
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS (Rippling) and ATS (Ashby), Lattice and Culture Amp, strongly preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with HR analytics and reporting, preferred
