Summary of Position:
As WaterBridge Operating continues to expand its footprint in the water midstream sector, proper inventory management is vital to ensuring the material support of our Construction and Operations teams while maintaining accurate financial records. Adding an Inventory Supervisor in Pecos, Texas, will help facilitate inventory control and meet these goals.This position will report directly to the Senior Supervisor of Materials Management. This position will be responsible for liaising with all departments and other stakeholder groups to evaluate, prioritize, and execute all Materials Management requirements.
This role will require skills in Inventory Management, Sourcing, and Communication.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The following represents most of the position's duties but is not meant to be all-inclusive or prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules, standards, and corporate policies.As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Inventory Management
- Ensuring parts and equipment required by stakeholders are stocked and replenished accordingly.
- Documenting all material movements and transactions within the existing inventory management program.
- Securely controlling inbound and outbound flows of traffic at WaterBridge’s inventory locations in order to achieve tracked material movements while also promoting safety.
- Conducting spot counts, cycle counts, quarterly and year-end inventory counts, inventory discrepancy reconciliations, item labeling, item organization, and material movement record keeping.
Sourcing
- Sourcing stakeholder’s material needs from local vendors and other WaterBridge inventory locations as needed.
- Working with P2P team to initiate Purchase Order creation.
- Executing replenishment orders according to existing contracts with preferred suppliers.
Communication
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders regarding material needs.
- Communicating with vendors regarding material specifications.
- Utilizing email, phone, text messaging, etc., to communicate with stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Inventory Management; Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to utilize relevant computer software for 8-10 hours/daily.
- Must be proficient in utilizing Excel, MS Office, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service experience.
- Must be able to complete tasks in a team atmosphere or alone with little to no supervision.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to analyze information, situations, problems, policies, and procedures to formulate logical and effective decisions or solve problems; communication with management is a must.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate forklift highly desired; Telescopic/Boom style lift experience strongly preferred.
- Fork/Boom Lift certification is required if applicable.
- Ideal candidates are available to work extended hours.

Position Type:
- This is a full-time position.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Working after hours and weekends are frequent and will be evenly distributed amongst the Materials Management team.
