We’re looking for…
A seasoned GTM Systems Lead to drive the technology roadmap for a growing Front. This role will own the strategic and operational management of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our growing sales team is empowered with scalable, efficient systems and tools to drive business growth. As a strategic partner to key business functions, you will be responsible for designing and executing solutions that align with our company’s goals, leveraging your technical expertise to maintain a seamless and integrated systems environment.
What will you be doing?
Leading the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related GTM systems to support a growing Front.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Driving system integrations to ensure a seamless flow of data across platforms, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Building and managing system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Front’s evolving strategy and business needs.
Managing the customization and configuration of Salesforce to enhance workflows, reporting, and automation, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
Leading efforts in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system-related issues, while ensuring minimal downtime or disruption to business operations.
Partnering with stakeholders to define metrics, reporting, and dashboards that provide actionable insights into performance, pipeline health, and GTM efficiency.
What skills & experience do you need?
7+ years of experience managing Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the Lead to Cash journey. Salesforce certifications are a plus!
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects that require both strategic planning and hands-on execution of GTM system solutions.
Extensive experience with Salesforce configurations, familiarity with custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and integrations with third-party applications and tools.
Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations teams to design systems that enhance workflows and deliver measurable results.
Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data integrity, system scalability, and process efficiency.
