National Channel Partner Manager (Non-CDW)
The National Channel Partner Manager (Non-CDW) will play a pivotal role in building and scaling Kajeet’s partnerships with national channel partners outside of CDW, including resellers, distributors, and integrators. The manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing partner relationships, and ensuring successful execution of Kajeet’s solutions within our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase market presence and sales revenue across national channel partners.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, aligning goals and creating joint business plans for growth.
- Sales Enablement: Deliver training, resources, and support to partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell Kajeet solutions effectively. Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess performance and optimize the partnership approach.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Kajeet’s marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies, provide feedback from the field, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Manage a pipeline of partner-led opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance, activity, and metrics to leadership.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activity, and partner needs to refine strategies and differentiate Kajeet’s offerings within the channel landscape.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in channel sales or partner management, preferably within the telecom, SaaS, or ed-tech industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless connectivity, networking, and mobile solutions is strongly preferred.
- Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Existing Partner Ecosystem Relationships: Established relationships with key reseller partners such as SHI, Insight, Aery Jones, and other major resellers.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, events, and industry conferences.
