Your Impact:
Impossible Cloud is revolutionizing the cloud market with its decentralized infrastructure and cloud storage solutions. As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a highly motivated Financial Strategy Manager to assist in leading our financial operations and strategic planning.In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the financial direction of the company by developing and executing strategies that optimize our balance sheet, treasury, and overall financial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and the executive leadership, to ensure that financial goals align with the broader company vision.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and manage projects to identify and implement solutions for current business needs, such as developing a treasury strategy for the token.
- Facilitate and secure token listings on industry-leading exchanges.
- Ensure our mainnet meets all financial requirements and provide finance and business guidance to the engineering team.
- Establish scalable processes to address the most pressing financial needs in a fast-growing startup.
- Independently resolve financial challenges and improve financial operations.
What you bring to the table:
- You are smarter than average, a team player, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver with an excellent academic and professional background.
- Ability to build effective relationships across the organization while confidently challenging stakeholders when necessary.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership; constantly seeking opportunities to create and drive initiatives forward independently.
- Apply general accounting knowledge to structure projects that benefit the balance sheet strategy.
- Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial modeling and big data analysis skills are advantageous, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
