Provides prompt, courteous and accurate customer service to homeowners by maintaining and updating computer database account information, address changes and answering billing questions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partners with Customer Service Supervisor and team members to establish effective procedures for collecting payments on a scheduled basis.
- Partners with homeowners to provide/receive account information.
- Answers all homeowner billing questions.
- Updates computer database with homeowner’s submitted address changes.
- Conducts return mail and deed research to obtain homeowner information not readily available.
- Partners with Disclosures and Transfers to ensure appropriate information is provided regarding the sell and the takeover of a new account.
- Partners with Administrative Assistants and Community Managers to provide accurate community information to homeowners.
- Performs other related duties as directed.

- Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs and company database systems, including Microsoft office, internet and e-mail systems.

- Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written), and the ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Primarily sitting at workstation utilizing a computer in an office setting.
- May be required to lift boxes, fill paper trays, and other minor physical office related tasks.
