The Related Group is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team!
Essential functions:
- Perform financial modeling for the purposes of analyzing acquisition, development and capital transactions.
- Work directly with lenders, equity investors and municipal partners
- Assist in Financial Closings
- Prepare proposals for competitive funding applications
- Conduct deal-specific due diligence.
- Collect and analyze market/economic data.
- Prepare budgets and track project performance.
Education and Experience Requirement(s):
2-3 years of Real Estate Finance experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
Knowledge/Skills Requirement(s):
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized and focused
