As a

at Revefi, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create, manage, and optimize our company’s web presence. You will focus on developing and maintaining visually engaging, high-performance websites, both customer-facing and internal, ensuring they align precisely with our design standards and performance goals. This is an IC role.

- Design, develop, manage, and maintain our websites using Webflow, including customer-facing sites and internal portals.- Partner with marketing and design teams to translate brand vision into functional and visually appealing web pages.- Continuously monitor website performance, proactively address issues, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.- Deliver pixel-perfect development, ensuring websites mirror the original design specifications accurately.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Webflow features, suggesting improvements to website structure, design, and performance.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in Webflow development.- Proven ability to design and manage websites using Webflow, with a deep understanding of CMS collections, items, and integrations.- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with advanced knowledge of responsive design and animations.- Familiarity with responsive web design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.- Knowledge of Webflow integrations, including email templates, forms, and third-party services.- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and effective time management.
