As a Key Account Administrator, you will be responsible for intake of assignment requests under the supervision of the Logistics Team Lead. This is a fulltime, in-office position. Currently we are offering a $500 Sign On Bonus! 

Schedule: (Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm, or 7:00am - 3:30pm)


Pay: $18 - $22/hr. based on experience.


$500 Sign On Bonus! ( $150 after 90 days, $350 after 6 months)


The sign-on bonus is applicable to new, regular, full-time partners. Part-time partners, temporary workers, and previous ACERTUS employees are excluded from eligibility.


$200 - $500/month bonus potential. 


What will you be doing?


  • Complete data entry assignment requests, provide clear assignment verification and updates to account managers.
  • Intake, process, and upload vendor insurance & onboarding packet data and log into the company’s TMS within one business day of receipt.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, vendors and staff.
  • Serve as key point of contact for clients, vendors and team helping to build mutually beneficial relationships with ACERTUS’s valued client partners.
  • Assist in the development of transformational projects that provide for continuous improvement across operation business needs.
  • Data Entry with minimal errors
  • You must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or higher, in business related field, preferred.
  • 6 months office experience
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites.
  • Data Entry experience
  • Auto-finance, dispatch, or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong writing and word processing skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.
