About this role:
We're looking for a senior business development executive or RIA recruiter, who has a proven track record of navigating protocol and non-protocol breakaway teams and individuals. This person will execute and improve the firm’s existing recruitment process working with the founders and reporting directly to one of the co-founders. This person will be expected to develop strong relationships with advisory teams and support them through the transition planning process, while continuing to manage a pipeline of relationships.
This role covers the entire United States and travel will be expected.
You should have:
5-7 years experience in financial services, including experience working with advisory firms such as a wholesaling role, insurance role, custodian role, breakaway recruiting role, or other related RIA M&A role
Demonstrated success in driving advisory groups to a decision through a defined process
A strong understanding of investment advisers and their clients’ needs
You should be:
