Title:

Client Success Manager
Location: Remote within the US

Key Responsibilities:


• Partner with the Account Executive (AE) and work with clients as a trusted subject matter expert (SME).• Manage the full cycle of the Transact renewal process for assigned accounts: o Ensure that clients receive accurate renewal quotes/invoices. o Ensure that all renewals are invoiced before the start of the renewal period, ex: April renewals are invoiced before 3/31/25. o Develop, negotiate, and close multi-year (MY) renewal proposals for clients.• Be knowledgeable on all Transact products, services and 3rd party partner products and solutions.• Working with the AE to guide & advise clients in solution-based software and hardware purchases based on client environment, software level and hardware requirements• Attending pipeline calls, territory reviews and quarterly QBR calls; assisting with keeping the sales pipeline updated in D365 weekly in partnership with the AE.• Provide simple quotes, managing short cycle sales and contracts while aligning goals with the RVP territory quota.• Facilitate scope calls, e.g., conversion or Add On SW, as required when AE is not available due to business travel or vacation.

• Review and approve client sales orders – compare against quotes.• Provide order and shipping status updates.• Manage the Sales Return Authorization process and credit process for orders placed.• Set up client accounts in D365, AHA, and Support portal. • Manage drop process for Transact and ensure all required processes are completed• Execute Upgrade Campaigns, understand upgrade paths and work with Support to drive clients to upgrade software.• Ensure that all client contacts and product data, stored in D365, is accurate and up to date.• Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the overall team effort within the sales organization, to ensure that knowledge and expertise is leveraged throughout the sales team.• Help facilitate regional business development events such as Regional User Groups, Client Care Events, Product webinars and seminars to drive qualified sales leads.

• Responsible for driving client traffic, with AE assistance, to marketing webinars.• Encourage customers to participate in additional training.Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service, preferably for a software technology company• Knowledge of the higher education market• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment• Able to manage a book of business of 100+ accounts at any given time• Must possess good oral and written communication skills• Travel: can be 10-20%Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
