About the Role


Wonderschool is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, who is passionate about our mission in making child care more accessible and in driving growth through acquisition channels such as SEO and paid marketing. As a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for top of the funnel marketing initiatives across our parent and provider segments. Not only will driving leads be one of your metrics, you will also be responsible for optimizing down funnel conversion rates that will ultimately drive ROI and provider revenue. This role is a great fit. if you are excited about rolling up your sleeves in a fast paced startup environment and are looking to make an impact in a small team environment.

What you'll do


  • Own top of the funnel marketing initiatives that drive quality traffic and leads for our parent and provider segment
  • Drive SEO growth and strategy via content and programmatic tactics
  • Expand into paid marketing (via Google search and/or Meta) to drive provider revenue growth
  • Constantly optimize for ROI looking at top level metrics and down funnel conversion rates
  • Conduct a/b testing to increase conversion rates and user experience
  • Own our marketing website experience including messaging, CRO, and UX
  • Regularly analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketplace teams and outside agencies  to achieve goals

Ideal candidates will have:


  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing ideally at a marketplace or start up
  • Strong SEO experience
  • Hands on paid marketing expertise
  • High analytical savviness w/ ability to run SQL 
  • Experience with marketing tools: GA4, Webflow, Statsig, Hubspot
  • Use of AI to increase operational efficiency and channel optimizations

What We Offer:


Wonderschool provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected salary range for this role is $102,000 - $136,000/year. Compensation and OTE may vary based on factors such as skillset, experience, and location within a geographic area.
