WHAT YOU’LL DO


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex projects that are critical to our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale programs, excellent leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to see the big picture while managing detailed project components. This role requires extensive collaboration with stakeholders across every department in the organization and their leaders.

Major duties and responsibilities:


  • Program Leadership:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple high-impact programs.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment of programs with strategic business objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analysis:
  • Provide strategic insights and analytical assessments to guide decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across the organization.
  • Maintain a holistic view of program impacts on the company.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define program goals and success criteria.
  • Engage with leaders and stakeholders from all departments within the organization, ensuring coordinated efforts and alignment.
  • Facilitate effective communication among various teams and departmental leaders.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Build and lead high-performing program teams, including business analysts and other key resources.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and automation.
  • Implement best practices in program and project management methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems to support business goals.
  • Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports.

WHO YOU ARE


Key Qualifications


  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program/project management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the technology, software development, or managed services industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to see the big picture and connect it to actionable plans.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP certification preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including all departments and their leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
