- Focus on generating new outbound business opportunities for our Treez Pay cashless payment product lines
- Handle, qualify, and disposition inbound marketing qualified leads and partner inquiries
- Run outbound campaigns to target a list of accounts to generate net new sales-qualified leads including a cadence of calls, emails, in-person visits, and a mix of other channels
- Visit prospect shops in person and meet with key stakeholders directly to uncover needs and pitch Treez to drive opportunities (travel to different markets may be required)
- Pair with market-specific account executives to run discovery sessions and proper handoff process to opportunity/demo stage
- Work with marketing to create dedicated talk tracks, email templates, and collateral to help engage with prospects
- Craft compelling messages that convey Treez solutions to prospect problems across different sales-enabled channels
- Collect competitive intelligence and market data as part of engagements with prospect accounts
- Interface with partner team members to work on collaborative go-to-market and outbound strategies
Must Have
- 2+ years experience in a role that requires virtual/in-person outbound sales
- Bias for action – high level of hunger and desire to be in the field and in-person at dispensaries and cannabis conferences
- Effective communicator in email, text, phone, zoom, and social media
- Technology background with a knowledge of systems like SFDC, Gong, Zoom, and G-suite.
- Experience with retail payment processors in regulated cannabis markets
- Ability to build your own outbound sales strategy, from lead sourcing to sequence generation to cold calling
The anticipated compensation for this role is a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 annually depending on several factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, work experience, geographic location, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This position also involves a lucrative commission plan based on monthly performance.BENEFITS THAT TREEPLE ENJOY
