Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to help scale an exciting new vertical within the Titan ecosystem. In this role, you’ll support the Partnerships team with research, outreach, and relationship management, helping to expand our network and enhance member offerings across industries.
You’ll play a key part in identifying new opportunities, managing data, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about building meaningful partnerships.
What You'll Do
Database Management & Maintenance: Keep partnership records accurate and up-to-date for seamless reporting and tracking.
Market & Partner Research: Monitor trends in events, dining, and hospitality to spot emerging opportunities.
Outreach & Relationship Building: Lead outreach to potential partners, schedule meetings, and foster long-term relationships aligned with Titan’s goals.
Partnership Database Management: Track and update partnership progress in internal systems for clear collaboration.
Inventory Coordination with Finance: Work with finance to track partnership inventory and ensure timely updates.
Basic Reporting & Insights: Compile data on partnership performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Scheduling & Communications: Assist with scheduling meetings, weekly updates, and partner communications.
Administrative Support: Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and quick to learn new systems.

Compensation:
Anticipated annual salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 plus company stock options + benefits (see above).At Titan, we are committed to offering competitive compensation packages for our valued team members, matching our commitment to attract and retain a top talent pool that is aligned with our culture, mission, and values. This salary range represents Titan’s reasonable estimated possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.The final salary for this position will be determined in sole discretion of Titan, depending on applicable laws, and based on a variety of factors, such as employee’s work experience, skills, qualifications for the role, and location, and may differ from the amounts listed above.
