We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build, drive, and iterate on GTM processes, strategies, and execution for our flagship CI/CD product. Experience in developer tooling or DevOps platforms is a plus.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create and evolve compelling and descriptive ICPs, personas, positioning, and messaging that create demand and adoption across the customer lifecycle. As a Senior PMM at Bitrise, you will:
- Create and evolve our market positioning for our flagship, CI product.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ needs and the different personas across the buying journey.
- Regularly conduct competitive analysis and deliver market insights to drive the GTM strategy
- Input into pricing and packaging structure for Bitrise CI (and add-ons)
- Optimize the user journey with compelling onboarding workflows, email drip campaigns and in-app messages.
- Regularly collaborate with stakeholders from across the business, including product, marketing, sales, etc, to build and execute go-to-market plans and product/feature launches
- Collaborate with the larger marketing team to create compelling assets (such as landing pages, campaigns)
- Develop compelling sales enablement (messaging and collateral) to support our direct sales channel
- Drive and optimize the self service journey for SMB audience
- Define goals, coordinate product launches, and measure post-launch impact.
- Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and contribute to the product strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS
- Have demonstrable value and outcome-driven product marketing experience
- Know how to market complex products to both technical and non-technical buyers
- Have expertise in product marketing and previous success launching new features and products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual contributors.
- Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and dependency management skills with great attention to detail, ensuring that plans are successfully executed on time.
