Candidates located in the greater Seattle area will need to come into our Kirkland office on occasion. 


JOB DESCRIPTION


The

Director, FP&Ais an analytical finance leader who will guide and influence the decisions of our senior business leaders, while driving our organization towards metrics and data driven decision-making. This role will operate in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, while understanding and satisfying the requirements of the internal customers. To be successful in this role you will need effective communication, strong financial and business acumen.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Operating Plan, Forecasting, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Design, develop and manage effective, scalable reporting processes and dashboards
  • Partner with the business leaders to create key performance indicators 
  • Develop frameworks; utilize data and analyses to guide decision-making and prioritization across functions
  • Provide pricing recommendations for new services and contracts
  • Build a thorough understanding of the industry and business trends and continually monitor the impact of important industry developments
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify actionable insights
  • Proactively explain the 'why' in addition to the 'what' while educating business stakeholders
  • Manage special projects and create financial models to help drive opportunities and business initiatives
  • Present findings, recommendations and deliver business reviews to leadership team
  • Champion data driven, analytical approach to decision-making

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as business, statistics, accounting, math, or economics
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience demonstrating problem solving and ability to achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous business growth environment
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions 
  • Ability to break down high-level business problems into solutions through frameworks 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with business stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
  • This position requires 10% travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • MBA
  • Experience working with Google Workspace and Apple products (computer, phone)

Concentric Advisors Pay Determination Philosophy: The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s location. We recognize the importance of reflecting the economic realities of different locations, and we are committed to providing equitable compensation that reflects local market rates.Concentric Corporate Position Pay Range$150,000 - $170,000USDConcentric acknowledges the systemic barriers in the security industry and recognizes that removing those barriers will require a collaborative and conscious effort.
