About the role
- Methodology and Quality Assessment and Improvement Program
- As a part of the Strategy and methodology pack, will be involved in our internal projects focused on process design, operational efficiency, training and development, and integration with the other lines of defense.
- Internal Communication
- As a support area for internal auditors and internal audit leaders, will conduct or oversight our internal rituals and internal audit committee communications.
- Strategy and Planning
- It will support the OKRs and Annual Plan definition and tracking.
You'll be responsible for
- Support and manage Internal Audit Communication and develop methodology contents (internal channels, methodology orientations and confluence content management).
- Support reports to key stakeholders (C-level, ARC, BR/MEX/COL Audit Committees), helping to build impactful and relevant presentations.
- Act as a facilitator with the 2nd Line of defense, being the point of contact for GRC/PROJAC implementation.
- Conduct independent reviews of our current processes and methodology, defining and proposing new solutions, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to consolidating annual reports, as annual plan and regulatory reports.
- Provide the OKRs and annual plan tracking and monitoring with the focal points.
- Develop internal methodology training and facilitate eventual communication rituals.
- Ensure the team maintains a high level of technical and attendance excellence to our main stakeholders (our own Internal audit team).
We are looking for a person who has
- Great communication skills verbally and writing: clear, concise and structured.
- Problem-solving and Learning Agility skills: Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for identifying methodology opportunities.
- Desire to create new and more efficient ways of auditing.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a sense of prioritization.
- Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish skills.
- Disposal to share knowledge, guide other professionals and follow up on their technical development.
- Solid experience in internal audit governance, methodology, and | or other risk management frameworks would be a plus, preferably in financial institutions.
- Solid knowledge and experience in process design and project management.

Our Nu Way of Working
