Build, deliver and support a world-class training and enablement platform that prepares Slice’s incredible talent to help our shops and their owners be more successful.
The Role
The Director of Sales & GTM Enablement is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and optimising strategies that enable our sales, marketing, and account management teams to support our shops while achieving higher performance for Slice. You will work cross-functionally to design and implement training programs, content, tools, and processes that align with our GTM strategy and Slice’s mission.
The Winning Recipe
Reporting to Slice’s Chief Revenue Officer and partnering with Product, Sales and Marketing leadership, the successful Director of Sales & GTM Enablement will build, own and refine the playbooks, onboarding processes, and continuous education needed to maintain a competitive edge in the market. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, training or a related role within high-growth, enterprise tech, SaaS, or consulting businesses.
- Solid prior IC-level Sales or Marketing customer-facing experience, with the ability to pull from this experience to connect with and guide our Sales and GTM teams.
- A builder with proven background in high ownership roles, with examples of individually designing, building and executing GTM strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience of managing high-performance teams.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and GTM motions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, influence and inspire across departments.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to design and implement learning programs that accelerate revenue generation and enhance customer retention.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally.
- Flexible to travel up to one week per month to NYC if you live outside this area.

Salary Range: $180k-$210k + bonus + equity + benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
