In this role, you will provide support for Culture & People operations including assisting with the coordination of pre-hire and onboarding activities including front line employee support for CP Operations functions (including Benefits, HR Systems and Employee Experience).
You will serve as the gatekeeper for the HRIS system and will be a pivotal point of contact for employee requests and questions. . What you'll do
General:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the CPT functions and duties.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions related to various CP policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain employee personnel ensure all required materials are in legal compliance. Perform file audits, as needed.
- Perform data entry and update data in the HRIS (ADP) upon request
- Maintain People and Culture project dashboard and data
- Generate reports and perform data analysis when required.
- Partner with the Culture and People Manager with various Global projects and administration areas.
- Maintain department SharePoint site.
- Assist with recruiting when needed
- Main back up for the Office/facilities manager with various facilities and office tasks
- Partner with the Culture and People Manager on Benefits, Wellness, and Compliance projects
- Support compensation activities through an annual compensation review cycle (US/Global)
- Participate in developing and delivering employee development and training initiatives (GoSkills and ZyWave)
- Develop content for employee newsletters and other company announcements
- Complete, track, file, and audit Employment Eligibility USCIS I-9 forms.
- Provide support as requested by the Senior Human Resources Director
- Participate in department meetings and attend professional development seminars and training courses as available.
- Assist with employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Assist employees with the offboarding process per company guidelines
Requirements
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of HR coordination experience
- Great customer service responsiveness: demonstrates initiative to anticipate customer needs and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to engage with employees in all areas of the organization and build credibility while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Great attention to detail with accurate data entry, analysis and reporting. Good grasp of technology to build efficient reporting and make solutions easier for employees.
- Problem solving skills and resourceful in identifying options and solutions
- Uncompromising integrity
- Strong sense of urgency to meet commitments, follow up and results focused
- Capability to expand HR capability and grow with the company
- Knowledge of federal and state employment law, hiring practices, basic benefits and compensation administration.

Compensation:
- DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.
- Pay range: $47,700 - $68,800 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value.
- Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 12% and 27%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits.
