About the jobResponsibilities:
- Supervise all engineering projects and lead the engineering team.
- Build/design web architecture for ecommerce platform
- Measure and optimize website performance
- Define and build CI/CD automation and productivity tools
- Build and implement KPIs to support customer experience for retail
- Build and maintain cross-border e-commerce system; supervise data governance and analytics
- Supervise marketing tech development
- Manage a team of engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
- Prior experience must include 5 years of experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
- 5 years of experience working with Agile, Lean and DevOps principals
- 5 years of experience working within e-commerce and third party payment gateways
- 1 year of experience managing a distributed team of software engineers.
Location:
Brooklyn, New York (in-office presence required)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000
Travel Requirements: Travel to Romania is a requirement for the position
