Your Job


As the Lead of FastCMP, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of our Consent Management Platform (CMP) solutions. Your primary mission is to ensure the success and scalability of FastCMP across global markets while leading innovation and maintaining high compliance standards in privacy laws, like GDPR and CCPA. You'll drive product development and optimization while managing cross-functional teams to meet both technical and business requirements.To specify

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Leadership


  • Ownership of FastCMP roadmap: Oversee the development and delivery of new features aligned with market demands, user feedback, and legal requirements.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the business development team to expand FastCMP's market penetration, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Maintain close relationships with top-tier clients to ensure the product meets their needs and builds trust with stakeholders.

2. Team Leadership and Collaboration


  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with legal, sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure the seamless integration of CMP into various environments and product ecosystems.
  • Mentorship and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach product managers, engineers, and designers on best practices for product development and project delivery.
  • Hiring and Training: Ensure the team is continually growing and upskilled to handle the complex nature of the evolving privacy landscape.

3. Product Optimization & Compliance


  • GDPR and CCPA Compliance: Ensure the platform consistently adheres to international and local data protection laws while being ahead of changes in regulations.
  • Data-Driven Product Development: Rely on metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the FastCMP interface, usability, and performance.
  • Technical Optimization: Work with the development team to ensure the product is fast, reliable, and scalable.

Your profile for this job


  • Experience in Privacy & Data Protection: A deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations, ideally with previous experience leading privacy-centric products.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic product initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in SaaS product management and familiarity with modern web technologies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data analytics to drive product development and business decisions.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
