Who You Are
Prowess Consulting is looking for an Oracle Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical Writer with hand-on Oracle experience to join our growing team on a per project basis. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Oracle databases in an enterprise environment and producing technical content deliverables such as reference architectures, white papers, etc.In this role you will author two (2) white papers and this role can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential

The Role
Relying on your Oracle subject matter expertise:
- You will provide all the research and writing required to complete two white paper documents, up to 25 pages of core content in length.
- You will leverage the reference materials provided by our client. You will join review calls as requested by Prowess.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years hands-on experience with Oracle databases in an enterprise environment
- Ability to write technical documents for expert users
- Ability to gain expertise in high-tech subjects beyond Oracle—specifically enterprise storage and data-management solutions—and transfer that expertise to written and graphical deliverables.
Additional Details
- The offered pay for each white paper is $11,000, corp to corp.
