While you’ll set the vision, your team will handle much of the day-to-day execution, including demos, presentations, and technical consultations. You will work closely with the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and insights needed to engage clients effectively. In this role, you’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and engineering, providing feedback from the field to help refine and evolve our software offerings to meet the ever-changing market needs.

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of tailored product demonstrations and presentations, guiding your team to showcase the features and benefits of Seeq's solutions compellingly and strategically.

  • Provide strategic leadership in customer engagements, working with prospective clients through your team to understand their challenges and ensuring Seeq’s value proposition is clearly articulated.

  • Drive the gathering and analysis of market requirements and client needs, guiding both your team and product development to influence roadmap decisions based on real-world feedback.

  • Serve as a key liaison between sales and product teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment on technical aspects, while you oversee the collection and integration of customer feedback into the product development cycle.

  • Lead the training and development of sales staff, providing high-level guidance on technical and product-related matters, and empowering your team to support the sales force effectively.

  • Direct competitor analysis and industry trend research, ensuring your team positions Seeq effectively within the market, staying ahead of the competition with insights that influence strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science, with a preference for chemical or mechanical engineering, or related fields.

  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales support, technical sales, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS organization.

  • 8+ years of leadership experience, including building and leading teams, with a strong track record of developing frameworks and processes to drive success.

  • Experience in the process manufacturing industry (O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, Semi) is preferred, we're also interested in professionals with B2B software experience selling into process industries.

  • Experience building teams and frameworks from scratch and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to make things happen.

  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and industrial process data.

  • Proficiency in presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to demonstrate software solutions in a compelling way.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Prior experience with sales processes and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
