Our Opportunity
We’re looking for an empathetic, curious, and experienced professional to join our Customer Solutions Organization to help retain and grow Snyk’s expanding customer base.Snyk is hiring a Senior Technical Success Manager (TSM) to help customers integrate security within their Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps transformations by adopting the Snyk Platform. As the technical point of contact, you will become a trusted product advisor for our customers, identifying strategies that unlock business value, expand product adoption, and ultimately drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Crafting a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for overall customer adoption and value realization across their application security workflows.
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with leaders from our customers’ engineering and security organizations.
- Designing and implementing customized onboarding programs to help customers achieve their security program goals using Snyk’s suite of products.
- Mobilizing internal and external resources to overcome adoption challenges.
- Advocating internally for customer needs and working proactively with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Preparing and leading business review meetings, training sessions, product feedback/roadmap reviews, and other strategic customer interactions.
What You’ll Need:
- Fluency in German and strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven record of leading technical or engineering programs, including thought leadership, business case development, customer benefit realization, and successful program completion.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with executives, technologists, and/or partners to address business challenges with advanced technologies.
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about developer workflows and application security (AppSec).
- Demonstrable working knowledge of developer or application security tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code).
- Experience engaging highly technical customers within the Enterprise (Fortune 100) sector in DACH.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills for engaging various personas (from end user to executive); adept at facilitating challenging discussions and managing objections.
- A track record of thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment as part of a results-oriented team.
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling.
- Experience with scripting and digital program transformation (helpful but not required).
We’d be Lucky if You:
- Have a developer background or coding experience.
- Bring prior experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams, with a proven ability to work across diverse functional teams.
- Have a history of problem-solving and innovation, developing technology programs, and working across customer organizations.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or possess equivalent experience.
