Allytics is a fast-growing, full-service marketing agency and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer with significant graphics and layout skills to join our creative team. The creative team members at Allytics are a tight knit group that continually collaborate with each other, thriving in Allytic’s remote working model.The successful candidate should have knowledge of web design processes and best practices, be able to create and edit beautiful graphics and layouts, to create wireframes and illustrations, to art direct more junior graphic designers, and have a stellar portfolio of design examples.
The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and the rest of the creative team. This position reports to the Associate Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-end graphics for a range of clients
- Create wireframes, mockups, final graphics, and be able to optimize them for use in intended medium(s)
- Whiteboard and storyboard video projects, including creative ideation and sketches
- Assist in the development of project scopes and specifications
- Maintain high level of organization for files and task tracking
- Work with the creative team on maintaining and developing best practices for design, branding, file management, and other processes
- Work closely with other departments — specifically Marketing — to develop accurate and impactful designs
- Require little to no help from other designers/directors to produce high quality assets
- Art Direct the work of the non-Senior Graphic Designers and contractors
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, best-practices and processes
- Be ready and eager to learn new tools, applications, and design styles
- Perform other tasks as requested by manager
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ professional experience in the graphic design field, preferably in an agency environment, as either a Graphic Designer or Art Director
- Well-rounded and well-presented portfolio of work
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience with Adobe XD and Figma is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
- Proven creative skills – the ability to create visually appealing representations of complex information in a timely manner
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent time-management and communication skills.
- Able to pivot quickly and juggle multiple projects with ease.
- Professional experience with giving and receiving constructive criticism.
- Comfortable participating and contributing to client reviews.
- Familiarity with the tech industry is a plus

Washington State Pay Range
Senior Graphic Designer: $80,000—$99,000 USDListed above is this role's base pay range. When a role is to be filled by candidates at multiple levels, more than one pay range will be shown. In other locations that Allytics has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10%.
