Maximize ARR growth within a LTV/CAC ratio of 3 or better
What will help you be successful š
6-10 years of experience
Experience with funnel conversion rate optimization and monetization
Experience with referral programs
Experience organizing epic marketing events (e.g. keynotes in front of 1,000 attendees)
Experience managing external partners + agencies for brand asset creation, UGC and influencer marketing
Expert at producing content that will go viral on social media
Fast-paced and agile working style
Ability to wear multiple hats and willing to learn new skills quickly
