Description:
Natera Inc., a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, is seeking a dedicated Kit Fulfillment Specialist/Planner. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing the fulfillment process for our kits, tracking trends, and volumes, and addressing exceptions. The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in reducing waste, cost savings, and ensuring smooth operations in kit production and distribution.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Run regular and ad-hoc reports to track kit shipment volumes, trends, and exceptions.
Analyze data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
Address and resolve issues with undelivered orders by coordinating with carriers and internal stakeholders.
Optimization & Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize kit production and reduce waste.
Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of kit fulfillment processes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the supply chain team and collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure alignment and address any fulfillment issues.
Support internal customers, such as Product, Engineering, and Quality teams, by addressing concerns related to kit production and providing timely status updates.
Operational Support:
Assist in collection kit procurement. This involves monitoring, generating, and submitting purchase orders based on forecasts and sales history, and maintaining inventory levels and materials regularly.
Coordinate kit production planning and scheduling, encompassing material resource planning and allocation, as well as work order creation and management.
Ensure all fulfillment activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles or companies, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or on weekends as needed.
