We are looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. We have a global footprint ready to serve customers with high-level product support and deep application engineering. We have locations in Texas, and Oklahoma, as well as multiple overseas operations in Europe, and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance (robotic, electrical, controllers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and make necessary repairs and adjustments.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment issues and maintenance activities.
- Participate in equipment installations and upgrades as needed.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide training and support to other technicians as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education
- Associate’s degree in technical-related field and/or Military Electronics training OR prior Technician experience
Experience
- At least 3 years of equipment technician experience (preferably in semiconductor or SMT manufacturing environment)
- Strong mechanical and Electrical knowledge/skills
- Proficient in use of computers, including MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
