About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a positive and engaging workplace environment for our employees. You will be responsible for maintaining operations within the workplace environment, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our teams as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.*This role is part-time (20 hours per week/providing office coordination support 4 hours per day from 10 AM to 2 PM local time).
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a positive workplace environment ensuring common areas, kitchen and other storage areas are organized and well-maintained
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.
- Proactively communicate with other team members for new ways of improving current organization systems
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with and provide support as necessary to our People Team specific to onsite interview logistics, new hire orientation, hiring events and/or other onboarding logistics
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to appropriate personnel.
- Uphold and carry out internal policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and other team gatherings and celebrations, including coordinating office lunches and catering for meetings and special events
- Welcome office guests and apply all security procedures to maintain the safety of employees and the office
- Other duties as assigned.

- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
- US work authorization.
- Preferred
- Proficient in Google Apps/Drive (Gmail, Google Sheets, G-Cal).
- Previous experience working at a startup and/or high-growth, constantly evolving organization
$25 - $27 an hourThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $25-$27/hour + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
