Job Title: Sr. Technical Program Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

Position Summary:
A Senior Technical Program Manager integrates technical solutions to improve business operations and maximize the team's efficiency and productivity. They also ensure that teams deliver projects on time and to an acceptable standard. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing technical projects and teams and will focus on delivering exceptional results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you own and are responsible for delivering key initiatives.
- Responsible for the end-to-end deployment to meet customer business requirements.
- Understanding and driving business priorities within the deployment.
- Deep understanding of all customer needs and understanding of how our solution fulfills those business needs so that we can make decisions in prioritizing work.
- Planning the overall project plan, monitoring the progress, and reporting weekly status.
- Interfacing with the client Program Management peer
- Driving Requirements Management with the account and product team.
- Assist in the creation of client LOEs.
- Program management - Global process and system improvement projects, NPI, large scale project support deployments.
- Managing, coordinating, and ensuring collaboration on technology development within a team and across needed teams.
- Removing tactical impediments and driving the resolution of issues.
- Drive and participate in global program standups to ensure plan execution and delivery is on time with appropriate risk management.
- Track and assess project cost vs. budget and delivery targets.
- Tracking and approving resources working on deployment.
- Define, track, and present KPIs for tracking operational and financial performance.
What you’ll need:
- BA/BS in Business, Management, or a relevant field. MS or MBA a plus
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- 3+ years of experience in the mobile/connected device, consumer electronics reverse logistics, and/or SaaS industries desired.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in managing planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budgets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as are the ability to think clearly, analyze, problem-solve, scope requirements, and prioritize.
- Sound business judgment with the proven ability to influence others positively.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
