Who We Are Looking For


We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support, and coordinating events. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Foster City, California office location during general office hours. Hours may vary depending on meetings and events. The ideal candidate is familiar with fast-paced work environments and is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks with a positive attitude. 

What You’ll Do


  • Office Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including greeting and assisting visitors and employees, maintaining office/kitchen supplies, equipment, and space organization. Manage coordination of in-office lunches (Forkable, Doordash, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and office-related vendors (cleaning services, IT, maintenance, etc.).
  • Conduct daily rounds to ensure all common spaces are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Oversee all front-desk type activities, including incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries/shipping, printing.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with supplies.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as meetings, employee lunches, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for company-wide events, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events such as conferences, board meetings, and other events as assigned
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the administrative team, onsite leadership team and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain office conference rooms, calendar and coordination.
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks or special projects as they arise.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as meetings, employee lunches, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for company-wide events, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.

What You’ll Bring to Our Team:

  • A people-first mindset with collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Proven experience in office management, event coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a small business or startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Resourceful with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferable.

The expected base pay for this full-time exempt position is $85K to $110K + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
