Job Overview
Bring on the fruits and veg! As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work with the folks who distribute some of the most interesting, exciting, and fun specialty produce to retailers, food service distributors, and food manufacturers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. This role will support our Sales team and Buyers in all facets of sales, procurement, and customer relations. It is for people who are collaborative, energetic, and upbeat!

About the Job
What does a JVI Sales Support Specialist do? Your primary focus will be working with the sales and marketing teams and assisting them with updating the ordering system by entering orders and adding new inventory. You will also assist with sending out general and customer-specific price lists and sales proposals. You will also lend a hand with coordinating and arranging transportation for outbound produce orders, procuring inventory, entering data into the system, and creating sales tickets and Bills of Lading for the Operations team.
There will also be some administrative work with data collection and reporting, including sales and expense reports and updating databases on existing and prospective customers.
