We have a diversity committee that focuses on breaking down barriers, recognizing that our uniqueness is what makes us so successful!The IT Support Analyst I provides technical support for corporate users, ensuring smooth operation of Windows, MacOS, and Linux systems. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues in person, via phone, or remotely. The analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting computer hardware, software installations, productivity tools, email systems, and operating systems, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring the candidate to be on-site during the work week.

Responsibilities 


  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure AD, and Entra ID environments.
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 and related services.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, NAC, and other network systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
  • Assist with software installations, upgrades, and user account management.
  • Provide IT support both in person and remotely (via chat, phone, screen sharing) for Windows, MacOS, and Linux platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records of support requests and resolutions using the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with users and management to improve system functionality.
  • Create and deliver user training and support documentation.

Qualifications 


  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with LAN, WLAN, and Network Access Control (NAC).
  • Knowledge of internet security, data privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace (Gsuite).
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Desktop Platform.
  • Scripting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation.
  • Initiative and effective time management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks (e.g., moving equipment).
