Our Center Experience Team
Brella's Center Experience Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the center as well as being our brand ambassadors. This team is committed to the highest levels of service and support for our families, communities and across the center for our staff.
We are currently hiring for a Center Experience Supervisor.
As Our Center Experience Supervisor You Will:
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our families with a “Yes” mentality
- Confidently and professionally answer phone calls and reply to emails; complete phone consultations and follow-up in timely manner
- Proactively identify and implement new processes and/or tools to improve center operations and family experience
- Problem solve and jump in to support our staff as needed
- Support planning, communication and implementation of family or internal events
- Help train and supervise Center Experience Associates
- Track inventory spending and levels; order supplies when needed
- Ensures compliance through audits of child files
- Manages the emergency preparedness of the center and coordinates drills
- Solves and follows through on facility issues in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation such as updated child records, incident logs and licensing rosters, etc.
- Execute center marketing in partnership with our marketing team
- Proactively identify ways to improve our processes to be more efficient
Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- 18+ years old and HS Diploma
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an office/admin setting at a supervisor level ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail, boutique fitness, or other customer-facing role
- Experience working in a child care center (Preferred)
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in G Suite, MS Office, MacOS, Microsoft Windows, Slack
- Passion and interest in working with children and families
Roles & Requirements
Center Experience team members must be at least 18+ years of age and have experience in a customer service role. While previous experience working in a child care setting is preferred, a passion for working with children and families is a must. No matter what role you find yourself in on the team you can expect to support families from the moment they interact with the center (via phone, email or in-person) to inquire about care through to booking tours, supporting enrollment and ensuring a smooth check-in and out process.
Our Center Experience team also maintains rosters, supports marketing and center or community events and ensures that our facilities are running smoothly through tracking, ordering and stocking supplies, coordinating repairs and maintaining center preparedness for emergency drills. This team is a good fit for those that love to solve problems, build relationships, pay attention to the details and enjoy engaging with communities.

Physical Demands
- Demonstrate full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, walk, bend and otherwise fully participate in activities. Standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to physically handle children between 0-6 years of age using appropriate techniques. Ability to lift children up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain mental and physical alertness and an appropriate level of energy to perform essential job requirements.
