Senior Strategist
The Senior Strategist at Gravity Global is a key team player and strategic thinker, excelling in storytelling and problem-solving. With a strong command of strategy, you will work across multiple disciplines, guide other strategists, and lead initiatives to bring creative ideas to life. This role involves developing account visions, collaborating with internal teams, and fostering the best solutions for client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Direction: Oversee strategy for a portfolio of clients, delivering key strategic insights and maintaining strong client relationships with support from senior strategy leaders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary strategic resource for account teams, supporting Account Supervisors, Managers, and Coordinators with expert guidance.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Manage direct reports by providing growth-oriented mentorship and identifying team training needs.
- Support Strategy Leadership: Contribute to department needs, thought leadership, and new business initiatives, ensuring alignment with Gravity Global’s strategic goals.
Performance Standards
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver client satisfaction and strategic insights.
- Provide innovative solutions to client challenges, working with stakeholders to refine and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the growth, retention, and satisfaction of direct reports through effective team management.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling, analytical, and interpersonal skills with creative intuition to drive impactful strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategy development, client relations, and team management.
- Strong skills in storytelling, analytics, and communication.
- Ability to drive collaboration and lead cross-functional initiatives.
