What You Will Do
In this role reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll truly be using your powers for good by feeding families and not landfills. You’ll own growing our base of mobile app users and you’ll build our b2b lead generation program from the ground up. As an out of the box thinker who loves to be challenged, you’ll be right at home alongside some very talented growth-oriented teammates, agencies and freelancers. You’ll work especially closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and Lifecycle Marketing Managers, along with our Regional Managers, supporting existing partners and new launches.
- Impact the full marketing funnel to support Flashfood’s growth, delivering growth programs that drive business outcomes
- Own our paid media function, working with Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple, Reddit, along other emerging platforms, vendors and agencies
- Develop ad content strategy and brief creative teams, working closely with our Brand Marketing Manager
- Own our organic growth strategy, including ASO & SEO programs
- Execute the marketing strategy for launches and campaigns across channels, including supporting on email, push and in-app experiences as needed
- Develop and evolve the overall conversion optimization strategy, including identifying key areas for improvement, setting testing priorities, and defining the roadmap for ongoing A/B testing
- Partner closely with product and data colleagues to ensure accurate capture and ingestion of data for lead generation and outreach initiatives
- Partner with engineering colleagues to align app functionality and optimization efforts with marketing and advertising plans to ensure consistent messaging, seamless user experience, and optimized conversion funnels across all customer touchpoints.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing and paid media, along with hands-on experience in email marketing, SEO
- Experience building innovative campaigns and experiments with demonstrated impacts on acquisition, conversion, or retention
- Solid experience with Appsflyer (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with communications tools (Iterable, Braze, etc.)
- Great communicator & collaborative team player
- Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
