The Americas Sales Enablement Manager is the main point of contact for the enterprise CX Sales team, responsible for the day-to-day enablement operations as assigned by the Director of  Sales Enablement. You will work hard but you will love it. A typical work week includes the enabling of sales new hires, towards activities of meeting with subject matter experts, how to deliver the company value prop, scheduling of weekly training assignments or supporting our onsite Sales Bootcamps. This position establishes operational targets and aligns them with the programs and tactics defined by the VP of Sales Enablement.

How will you make an impact? 


  • Presents company value proposition training content to large and small audiences.
  • Scheduling of weekly Training and prep sessions.
  • Hosting of weekly Americas Enablement Programs
  • Tracks and measures sales certifications
  • Develops creative ways to solve problems.
  • Tracks testing and evaluation procedures.
  • Delivery of onsite Sales bootcamps, scheduling of the sessions and coordinating with presenters.
  • Maintains familiarity with current texts, materials, teaching aids and techniques relative to courses within the discipline and recommends their adoption when appropriate.
  • Actively seeks ways to improve content.

Have you got what it takes?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience
  • ​5+ years experience in sales or sales enablement role
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution demonstrations and training methodologies.
  • Experience in delivering live and/or eLearning training.
  • Contact Center experience or CCaaS preffered
  • Understanding of Knowledge / Learning Management tools
  • Knowledge of Conversational AI

Bonus Experience:


  • Customer Centric Selling certified seller or user 
  • Enablement/training/coaching experience 
  • Enablement design & facilitation skills / experience 
  • Project Management experience​  
  • Pre-Sales and Demonstration Experience: prior experience in pre-sales activities and product demonstrations are highly desirable.
