The Position
Are you looking to start your career in the Medical/Healthcare field? Do you enjoy helping people? If you do, we are looking for full time Clinical Administrative Assistants to assist patients in our Palm Springs, CA office. Do you have the personality to be the face of the team and the skills to help drive the business in a positive direction?
We need your help to
- Greet patients coming into the office and assist with their appointments
- Answer phones and make calls to our new and existing patients to ensure they are thriving on PAP therapy
- Coach, educate, and inform our patients regarding their therapy
- Meet face-to-face with our patients to dispense equipment after appointments
- Review patient profiles to ensure a quick and easy appointment
- Contact physician and necessary healthcare team members regarding our patients
- Become familiar with CPAP devices and help patients with issues regarding their therapy
Skills we are seeking
- Two years’ experience in healthcare/medical field strongly preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
- Experience in Electronic Medical Records software is preferred, Brightree is a plus
