The Opportunity
We are excited to be hiring a Data Analytics Lead, Experience to drive data-informed decision-making across product, growth, and self-service revenue initiatives. As a key member of the Growth & Experience team, you will analyze complex datasets, uncover key insights, and enable data-driven optimization of customer journeys, onboarding, and monetization strategies.Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Experience, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Paid Search, Paid Social, Lifecycle, and SEO to ensure data-backed decision-making that improves activation, conversion, and retention.
We are looking for a technical and strategic data leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, and revenue impact.
How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:
- Own data strategy for Growth & Experience, ensuring product and marketing decisions are deeply rooted in analytics and experimentation.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights on trial conversion, user behavior, and self-service monetization.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that drive decision-making across Product, Paid Search, Paid Social, Lifecycle, and SEO.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, providing statistically sound recommendations for feature adoption, onboarding flows, and upgrade triggers.
- Develop predictive models and behavioral segmentation frameworks to identify high-intent users and improve PQL (Product-Qualified Lead) targeting.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure accurate tracking, event instrumentation, and data integrity across the platform.
- Optimize self-service revenue funnels, improving free-to-paid conversion, retention, and expansion revenue.
- Support GTM teams with insights on CAC, LTV, and payback periods, helping refine budget allocation and acquisition strategies.
- Partner with Growth leadership to define key KPIs and success metrics, ensuring alignment with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and inbound pipeline goals.
- Present data findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on product and growth-related insights.
- Expertise in SQL and Python, with experience building custom queries, data models, and automated reporting pipelines.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni for surfacing insights across teams.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, experimentation design, and statistical significance analysis.
- Experience working with product and marketing teams, driving data-backed decisions that improve user experience and revenue outcomes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and SEO to align analytics with business objectives.
- Strong bias for impact, prioritizing data insights that lead to meaningful revenue and growth improvements.
- Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
Nice to Haves, but NOT Required
- Experience in B2B SaaS and Product-Led Growth (PLG), optimizing trial-to-paid and self-service revenue funnels.
- Knowledge of dbt for data modeling and experience with incremental data transformation workflows.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Pendo for tracking user behavior and activation signals.
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution models, supporting paid media, lifecycle, and inbound pipeline efficiency.
- Ability to bridge product analytics with GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, improving customer acquisition cost (CAC) and LTV/CAC ratios.
