The IT Support Executive will provide technical assistance and support to internal users within Petvisor’s global organization. This position will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, install and configure computer systems and applications, and maintain and upgrade IT systems. The role requires strong communication skills (English), technical proficiency, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT support to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data protection.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
About the role:
- Proficient in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven 2 years experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceDesk and Zendesk) is preferred.
