Hours: Mon-Fri 6:30 am-4:30 pm 4/10 hour shiftsSalary range: $29-$45 hourly rate with a $2 premium per hour for IA licenseDay to day duties:Airframe and powerplant maintenance on cerris aircraftAnnual inspectionsPhase inspectionsOil changesParachute and rocket replacementComposite repairWhat software/programs will be used: aviation/cirrus is specific – EBIS is the software for maintenance for invoicing/estimates and that’s what 90% of cirrus customers are used to seeingMust Have’s:Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate; FAA Inspection Authorization5+ years aircraft maintenance experienceKnowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals.Coming from a smaller shop (bigger shop exp, its too automated)Troubleshoot, schematics, avionics backgroundThis person needs to understand that there’s goals and efficiencies andthere needs to be initiative – when finishing a job, asking for the next oneoIt’s a small shop, so they are all held to a standardNice to have:Private Pilot’s LicenseAvionics troubleshooting experience (Garmin integrated avionics)Cirrus experience strongly preferred.5+ years of piston-powered aircraft maintenanceIA
