It’s as common sense as it is revolutionary.We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Professional Services team. The Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple project teams to deliver simultaneous medium and large-sized IT projects, exceeding customer expectations for each project. This role will be base out of our Denver office with remote opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Leading project management team in scoping meetings with cross-functional team members to deliver proposals and assist with the sales process
- Effectively managing internal and external resources and schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Partnering with IT resources to own project delivery and client satisfaction
- Enhancing systems and processes that ensure the availability and optimal function of the project teams
- Promoting the use of industry-standard processes and frameworks, and adhering to internal control practices within IT
- Attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team based on strengths, talents, group dynamics, and business needs, providing clear direction, feedback, and paths for development
- Mentoring and empowering team members within the project management team
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong attention to detail, and an ability to execute with precision while juggling multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with Microsoft platforms (e.g. Project, Word, PowerPoint, Planner)
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organizations, such as peers, superiors, and internal/external stakeholders)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work on multiple projects with a great sense of humor and energy
- Ability to listen to all members of a project team and consider opinions dispassionately

Physical Requirements
Work is primarily knowledge-worker-oriented using computer systems. Occasional exertion and lifting of up to 20 pounds to move office or computer equipment. Occasional crawling, kneeling and squatting. Constant use of the computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures; views computer constantly.
