Our clinically-validated digital health platform brings professional-level training to individuals caring for loved ones with dementia, intellectual or developmental disabilities, Parkinson's Disease, stroke, and other illnesses. Our expanding content library continues to adapt to the unique needs of family caregivers. Over the past two years, we’ve seen tremendous growth in our partnerships with government, social service organizations, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, scaling revenue 400%. We aim to replicate this growth in 2024 and are looking for an experienced hunter to tap into a new market, focusing primarily on sales in the health plan space, as we continue selling the products and services our customers have grown to rely on. What You’ll Do:The ideal candidate is a high achieving, top-performing individual contributor who is intrinsically driven to crush their quota, but is ready to take on a strategic role at a mission-driven company.
You will develop and lead the outbound sales process and must be comfortable with autonomy, eager to thrive in a start-up environment where personal performance is critical. We have a proven sales process, but know the right person will act as a thought-partner as we grow by gathering insights and putting them into action in our emerging provider market.
- Establish and lead the entire sales cycle for the health plan market by prospecting, penetrating, and creating new relationships with clients
- Develop and execute strategy to meet all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Research and understand the financial drivers for care stakeholders to invest in a care management tool
- Clearly articulate Trualta’s value proposition in email cadences, discovery calls, demos, and throughout the late stage deal cycle
- Collaborate with our product, marketing, and services teams to improve our GTM strategy and product-market-fit
- Support in strategic projects, including structuring and executing new go to market strategies
Who We’re Looking For:
- 4-8 years SaaS closing experience; eLearning/healthcare in the provider space preferred
- Experience hitting a quota of $800K+ of ARR per year
- Experience launching into an unestablished market preferred
- A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- High degree of comfort using Excel and Powerpoint to work with data and communicate ideas
- Desire to collaborate with Trualta C-Suite and work on a team where the team cares about every win and loss as much as you do
