Are you ready to embrace the future with us?About the roleROGII is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the maintenance of day-to-day transactions, general ledger entries, and financial analysis. In addition to this, you will be providing support to the Finance Manager:Job Type:Full-timeResponsibilities:
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
- Complete bank reconciliations.
- Complete and maintain journal entries.
- Work with Administration Department on expense reports.
- Variance analysis research.
- Balance sheet schedule maintenance: fixed assets, prepaids, leases, accruals, etc.
- P&L trend analysis.
- Support Finance Manager in reporting for consolidations.
- Gather, maintain, and assist in the preparation of all necessary supporting documentation for the annual audit.
- Provide Budget support.
- Network with other departments to promote process improvements.
- Work with confidential data, which if disclosed, might have significant internal effect or minor external effect.
- Assist in the research of accounting issues to ensure proper compliance and recording.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance.
- CPA Qualified or some progression through the CPA program.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligible to work in Argentina.
