: Enterprise Account Representative (1099 Commission Only)Remote/Location: Remote USAPart time/Full time - Flexible Contract Summary The Enterprise Account Executive role is solely a commission based sales role. This role will be overseen and will be taking business direction from the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible to drive revenue growth by positioning Tehama Technologies unique value proposition and associated technologies to mid market and enterprise customers. Contract Responsibilities
- Identify target territory
- Establish financial objectives in partnership with Tehama Technologies
- Identify Mid-market and Enterprise customer profile, including target personas, use cases and references
- Agree to cadence of reviews to ensure Tehama alignment and effective support
- Build strong relationship with C Level decision makers
- Partner with relevant Tehama Partners in territory
- Developing market growth strategy, maximizing sales in current customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Develop and manage named commercial accounts to expand adoption and accelerate revenue growth
- Set challenging and clear expectations to achieve desired targets
- Working with strict deadlines and must be able to work under pressure
- Lead contract negotiations & develop long-term strategic relationships with key market potential customers and named accounts
- Maintain an understanding of the key competitors, industry challenges, economic trends and implications to the business
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Tehama products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition, and competition.
- Travel as required in order to meet objectives
- Close those deals!
