The Opportunity
As part of the Customer Adoption/Learning department at Euna Solutions, the Learning Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering effective training and learning content to support the adoption and usage of Euna Solution’s software by our customers. This role requires very strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs.
- Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and courses.
- Assist in creating learning materials, including presentations and handouts.
- Help manage a learning management system (LMS).
- Assists in the development of a content management system (CMS)
- Support coaching and mentoring of employees in training programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and provide input on program design.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies related to training and development.
- Ensure that training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in assessing employee performance before and after training.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
Education & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Experience in creating and delivering content in various formats, such as e-learning modules, webinars, and in-person training.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in software or technology industry a plus
